Description

The Shift Supervisor will support and assist the Store Manager in ensuring the success of Chatime’s business, uphold values and standards in daily operations. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the overall operations for  store in the absence of  Store Manager or  Assistant Store Manager. This position is responsible for ensuring the team connections during the shift including managing shift requirements for labor, customer service and employee task. The Shift Supervisor must always maintain Chatime’s superior customer and product experience while supporting  store’s overall goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

-Performs all roles and duties of a Team Member to deliver seamless service to all guests.

-Communicates clearly, concisely and accurately store’s operating procedures and standards to ensure effective store operations.

-Develops positive relationships with team members by providing feedback, coaching, motivation, support and assistance. 

-Maintain  consistent attendance and punctuality of Team Members.

-Ensures that each product and service delivered to our guest meet Publika’s quality, standards and experience.

-Ensure all shift checklists, side jobs, and cleaning projects are completed.

-Solves customers, employees, and store issues in a timely manner.

-Fosters teamwork to drive for results in ongoing promotions, sales building, and achieving store goals.

-Ensures that customers are welcomed at store

-Ensures consistency in beverage preparations

-Develops and build rapport with customers

-Supports team members functions as necessary to provide seamless customer service to customers 

-Implement  cash management and cash register policies, including cash handling, safety and security.

 

Qualifications

-High school diploma or equivalent.

-At least 1 year supervisory experience

-Flexible work schedule, including evening,  weekends, and some holidays.

-1 to 2 years customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this position are frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist and spine, hearing, seeing, speaking, carrying , bending, walking, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 30 pounds, and being able to stand to 8 hours, and the ability to accomplish the physical requirements with or without reasonable.
